Biography:
Shuvra Bhattacharyya is a professor of electrical and computer engineering with an appointment in the University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies.
His research involves signal processing systems and architectures, wireless sensor networks, embedded software, and hardware/software co-design. This includes research on the digital analysis and manipulation of data streams, such as those associated with audio signals, biomedical signals, control system components, digital communications waveforms, images, and video streams.
