Mohammad Hajiaghayi's student wins Simons Award for Graduate Students in Theoretical Computer Science

Rajesh Chitnis, Ph.D. student in Computer Science, has been awarded the Simons Award for Graduate Students in Theoretical Computer Science for his project entitled "New Techniques and Applications of Parameterized Complexity". The award honors graduate students with an outstanding track record of research accomplishments and allows further collaborations with peers and more senior researchers.
Rajesh is a student of Dr. Mohammad Hajiaghayi, Assistant Professor at UMIACS and the Department of Computer Science.
